　　職位描述：

　　工作職責(zé)：

　　1)Responsible for Interior _ Soft Trim system/parts design & development.

　　負(fù)責(zé)軟內(nèi)飾系統(tǒng)/零件設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā);

　　2)Ensure the on time release of the design & on time delivery

　　確保按時(shí)釋放和交付設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù);

　　3)Preparing/Presenting of detailed structure proposal and documentation in CATIA V5 and MS office.

　　使用CATIA V5和MS Office準(zhǔn)備/提交詳細(xì)的結(jié)構(gòu)建議和文檔;

　　4)Assist and support Interior Group Leader/Department manager in specialist for technical issues.

　　協(xié)助和支持內(nèi)外飾專家組長/部門經(jīng)理解決技術(shù)問題;

　　5)Be interface to OEM & manufacture suppliers as required.

　　按要求和OEM&制造供應(yīng)商對接;

　　6)Coordination of project-related activities with other groups

　　跨組織協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目相關(guān)工作;

　　7)Styling feasibility analysis and concept development with sections.

　　造型可行性分析和斷面概念開發(fā);

　　8)lead/coach a small team to fulfill the workpackage

　　領(lǐng)導(dǎo)/指導(dǎo)一個(gè)小團(tuán)隊(duì)完成工作任務(wù)。

　　任職條件

　　1)Experienced designer, 7+ years preferred (5+ years minimum)

　　經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的設(shè)計(jì)師，7年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先(至少5年以上);

　　2)Experienced at 3 of following parts as minimum: Pillar Trim, Door Trim, console, Carpet, IP etc.

　　至少有3項(xiàng)以下零部件設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)：立柱飾板，門護(hù)板，Console，地毯，IP等;

　　3)Be proficient in CATIA V5

　　精通CATIA V5;

　　4)Ability to be self starter, seeking help as needed

　　具備主動(dòng)性，根據(jù)需要尋求幫助;

　　5)Good communication ability both in mandarin and English.

　　良好的中英文溝通能力;

　　6)Open mind and team work with people from different cultures.
