　　隨著新能源汽車發(fā)展已上升至國家戰(zhàn)略，新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出方興未艾之勢。車輛新能源化、電價扶持、免征購置稅等一系列利好政策接連出臺。2012年7月，籌備多年的《節(jié)能與新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃（2012~2020年）》（以下簡稱《規(guī)劃》）正式出臺，這項被譽為中國新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)綱領(lǐng)性的《規(guī)劃》出臺之后引發(fā)政府、企業(yè)等多方關(guān)注?！兑?guī)劃》明確指出，爭取到2015年，純電動汽車和插電式混合動力汽車累計產(chǎn)銷量達到50萬輛，到2020年超過500萬輛。而面臨重大發(fā)展機遇的同時，新能源汽車的商業(yè)化也遇到了一些挑戰(zhàn)和瓶頸，如充電設(shè)施不完善、政策措施不到位、相關(guān)規(guī)劃不明確、市場定位不清晰、部分關(guān)鍵技術(shù)尚未成熟等等。

　　本次峰會將解析如今新能源汽車的準入政策，以及分享長三角地區(qū)新能源汽車推進的經(jīng)驗。同時，結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的儲能及電控技術(shù)，共同探討未來新能源汽車技術(shù)的研發(fā)方向。也將會從投資角度審視新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)，首次探討新能源汽車的智能化發(fā)展，結(jié)合大數(shù)據(jù)解決方案及移動終端平臺，就如何有效使用和管理新能源汽車大量的行使數(shù)據(jù)展開討論。
